CHICAGO – November 11, 2019 – BCD Meetings & Events (BCD M&E) has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2019 honor by The Chicago Tribune.
“We are very aware of our culture and proactively work to protect and energize it. We are proud it makes us a place where people want to work and grow with while delivering best-in-class service to our customers,” said Scott Graf, president of BCD M&E. “I’m excited that our headquarter office is recognized by our employees themselves—that’s the most important part—as a top workplace. Without our people, we wouldn’t be BCD M&E.”
The list, based solely on employee feedback, is gathered through a third-party survey that measures several aspects of workplace culture including alignment, execution and connection, among others.
“The Top Workplaces award is about much more than recognition and celebration,” said Eric Rubino, CEO of Energage. “Our research also shows that these organizations achieve higher referral rates, lower employee turnover, and double the employee engagement levels. It just goes to show that being intentional about culture delivers bottom-line results.”
The award ceremony took place November 7th at the United Club at Soldier Field in downtown Chicago.
