Birmingham’s funky new event space ‘The Eastside Rooms’ is due to open in June 2020. The venue is located in the heart of the city, just 10 minutes on foot from the two main stations, Birmingham New Street and Birmingham Moor Street, and only 10 miles from Birmingham International Airport. With the pairing of an ALOFT Hotel next door, that has 195 bedrooms, this is a brilliant venue for any meeting.
On top of its convenient location the venue will offer 23 fully flexible spaces, across three levels. These range in capacity from the The Affinity Suite, which will be able to hold up to 1,200 theatre style, to smaller boardrooms for 10 to 58 delegates. Each level of the venue offers a dedicated reception desk, ideal for multiple group arrivals.
The Hilton Prague Old Town is centrally located in the heart of the city. Václav Havel Airport is a 25 minute transfer from the property, and it is in walking distance of the City’s main attractions. Onsite there are 38 meeting rooms, the largest of which is the Congress Hall, which has space for 1,350 delegates in theatre-style.
While the venue does have a Health Club and Spa onsite, for compliant groups the venue can limit access to this area, and access is not included within the guest room rate. The venue is used to hosting groups from the healthcare sector and provide educational workshops on topics such as transparent billing and security confidentiality to all their staff. Currently, the guestrooms and Health Club are part way through a redesign, however during this time the hotel will remain fully operational.
The Hilton Vienna is currently Austria’s largest meeting and conference hotel with a total of 17 meeting rooms and 579 guest rooms on site. Additionally, the venue has been awarded an Ecolabel for its efforts in sustainable practices. The largest space is the Klimt Ballroom which can accommodate 480 delegates in a theatre style.
As part of Hilton’s commitment to enhance their property and services, Hilton Vienna is currently being redesigned and refurbishments are taking place until spring of 2020. The hotel will remain fully operational throughout these extended works.
Directly connected to Amsterdam Airport Schiphol via a covered walkway, Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel and Conference Center is ideal for meetings where delegates flying in and out same day.
The venue works especially well for Life Science groups as it is both compliant and easily accessible from across Europe, with regular flights to Schiphol throughout the day. There are 30 meeting and event spaces on site, along with 407 rooms and suites. Meeting rooms vary in size can comfortably accommodate up to 399 delegates in a theatre style.
