The newly refurbished Scandic Falkoner hotel is set to open on the 7th August in Copenhagen’s Frederiksberg district.
The hotel is very well located, and it has been built with meetings in mind. The two ballrooms and ten additional meeting rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art technology and can be used in combination with one another to host meetings of over 2,000 delegates.
The interior has been artfully decorated to reflect the buildings theatre history and the rooms are stylishly designed in a Nordic décor with fine details from the theatre world.
2020 brings the opening of the Amsterdam’s new Maritim hotel. Located in the heart of Amsterdam, both the city centre and Schiphol international airport are easily accessible via nearby transport links, and there is also underground parking for 540 vehicles.
The iconic 34 story hotel will house 579 rooms and suites, and spacious meeting and conference facilities for up to 4,750 participants.
Other hotel amenities include wellness oasis with beauty treatment, swimming pool, sauna, steam bath, fitness area and landscaped rooftop terrace.
The Hangar Copenhagen is set to open in Q3 2020; it will be the largest hotel and congress venue in Northern Europe.
The 2,500m2 venue will be divisible into five distinct sections, each with a 400-person capacity; collectively The Hangar will be able to host events of up to 2,150 delegates. Custom food and drink packages will be available for events and the venue has committed to sourcing only sustainable and palm oil free food for these options.
The venue is ideal for both international congresses and local events as it is five minutes from the metro, train and gates at Copenhagen airport.
Villa Copenhagen will be housed in the stunning 1912 building that once housed the Telegraph and Central post. Its location in a contemporary and vibrant area of Copenhagen, next to the central train station and 16 minutes from the airport makes it ideal for hosting meetings and events.
The high vaulted ceilings will create bright airy indoor spaces, that will be styled with a rustic flare. The 390 rooms will be spacious and dressed in Scandinavian décor.
The 2,300m2 event venue will have a max capacity of 1,200, while eight executive meeting rooms will allow for more intimate gatherings. All spaces will include top technical facilities, tailored service agreements and experienced staff on hand.
Four kilometres from the city centre, 13 kilometres to the airport and only 100 meters to the nearest metro station, the Comwell Copenhagen Portside will be ideally located.
Nestled in the charismatic Trælastholmen district the hotel is easily accessible and neighbours Denmark’s largest marina. The design includes a roof garden, inner courtyards and climbing plants covering the building’s façade.
There will be a total of 484 rooms and suites spread over the six floors, and 18 conference and meetings spaces.
