The BriefA large association tasked BCD Meetings & Events with producing a highly informative Government Affairs Conference to empower more than 5,000 on-site attendees and over 100k virtual attendees from around the globe.
Objectives included, educating attendees on the latest advancements within the Credit Union space through engaging videos and presentation content. Producing and distributing in-show social media videos seconds after they happen, and webcasting the four-day event to the 100k+ credit union members located around the world.
The SolutionBCD Meetings & Events produced a four-day event featuring the organization’s leadership and notable local figures. Biographical videos introducing keynote speakers were created, and visually engaging presentations were designed in order to deliver important messaging and information in a memorable format.
In order to serve the members of the organization who were unable to be there in person, a live webcast was produced. Viewers were able to leave comments through the video service, allowing them to interact with the meeting.
