Bruce is the regional leader in charge of overall sales and operations throughout the Latin American region as well as our global Enterprise team which services our Meetings Management customers. He has over 20 years of diverse experience in sales and marketing management, global event management, performance improvement and marketing services for two of the largest global agencies in the industry. Bruce is primarily accountable for the sales growth of the organization in Latin America across a variety of product lines including meetings, incentives, conferences and events and strategic meetings management. Outside of work you can find Bruce skydiving in the United States, scaling the Harbor Bridge in Sydney or bungy-jumping in New Zealand. He's currently trying to improve his ever-shrinking attention span so his twin sons get undivided attention during their baseball games!

In addition to his global responsibility for all our financial processes, spanning the Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific, Geert Jan oversees our EMEA region, with responsibility for overall strategy, growth and operations. He has more than 35 years of experience in a wide variety of financial roles including audit, treasury, controlling, M&A and CFO roles. After careers with PwC and Dutch Telecom leader KPN, Geert Jan joined BCD Travel 15 years ago. Within BCD Travel, Geert Jan has been (Statutory) CFO for the Netherlands and the Nordics, CFO EMEA and SVP Global Controlling, M&A and Tax. Geert Jan joined BCD Meetings & Events in March 2014. Geert Jan is an avid music fan and when he isn't rocking to Queen, McCartney or Coldplay, he's enjoying time in the countryside close to Amsterdam tending to his sheep, cats, birds, swans and...bugs.

Residing in Singapore, he brings extensive meetings & events experience to our business. Sanjay’s passion for building a customer-centric approach with a focus on quality service and bottom-line contributions as well as cultivating our culture within the region aligns perfectly with our global strategy. He can be found breaking the sound barrier in his Land Rover on the weekends, conveying his children to ballet, drumming and swimming classes. He is passionate about the All Blacks, loves discovering great food spots with his wife and is an avid vinyl art toy collector.

Dave has been with BCD Meetings & Events since 2001 and holds overall accountability for Industry Relations and our Global Partner Network. He's an industry veteran who has held a variety of executive leadership positions in sales, account management, operations, technology, and creative services. Dave is an active member of Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and participates on several industry advisory boards. He is also a Spartan and loves eating potato chips while watching Michigan State football and basketball.

When not working – Mikael enjoys spending time with his wife and their two kids.
